IronGlove Studio, LLC owns and maintains a portfolio of trademarks, including our company name, logo, and distinctive brand elements. These assets are central to our identity and reputation. Our primary trademarks include:
- IronGlove Studio®
- The IronGlove Studio® logo (with the ® symbol)
- IronMaps™
- The IronMaps™ logo (with the ™ symbol, where applicable)
Trademarks must be used as adjectives describing products or services, never as nouns or in possessive or plural forms. Proper usage preserves our legal rights.
- Use trademarks as adjectives, not nouns: "IronGlove Studio® software" (not just "IronGlove Studio®" alone), "IronMaps™ platform"
- Avoid possessive forms: "The trademarks of IronGlove Studio®" or "IronGlove Studio® trademarks" (not "IronGlove Studio®'s trademarks"), "capabilities of IronMaps™"
- Do not pluralize trademarks: "IronGlove Studio® services" (not "IronGlove Studios®"), "IronMaps™ products"
- Use the exact spelling, capitalization, and spacing of the trademark
- Using the trademark as a noun: "We use IronGlove Studio®" (instead use: "We use IronGlove Studio® software")
- Using possessive forms: "IronGlove Studio®'s features" (instead use: "features of IronGlove Studio® software")
- Changing the trademark in any way: "Iron Glove," "Ironglove," or "Iron-Glove", "Iron Maps," "ironmaps,"
When referencing our company, the first mention in any content must appear as "IronGlove Studio®" with the registered trademark symbol. After this first proper reference, subsequent mentions may use "IronGlove" without the registered trademark symbol.
Logos for IronGlove Studio® and IronMaps™ must always be used as provided by IronGlove Studio, LLC, without alteration or separation of components. The trademark or ™ symbol must remain visible and correctly positioned.
The logos include our name "IronGlove Studio®" and "IronMaps™" as an integral part of its design. Third parties may not extract, separate, or use any component of the logo independently, including graphical elements without the accompanying name and registered trademark symbol. Only IronGlove Studio, LLC is authorized to use logo components separately for internal purposes.
Adequate spacing must be maintained around our marks to ensure visibility and recognition. Our logo should never appear smaller than 200px in width and 150px in height to maintain legibility of both the design and the registered trademark symbol.
Any use of trademarks—including IronMaps™— owned by IronGlove Studio, LLC requires express written permission from IronGlove Studio, LLC. To request permission, please contact legal@ironglove.studio.
The following uses of our trademarks are strictly prohibited without express written permission:
- Using our marks in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship
- Incorporating our marks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names
- Registering our marks as domain names or social media accounts
- Modifying logos or using them without the proper trademark or ™ symbol
- Separating elements of our logo from the complete trademarked design
- Using our name without the registered trademark symbol in first mentions
- Using our marks in a disparaging or misleading manner
IronMaps™ is a trademarked product of IronGlove Studio, LLC. The following additional guidelines apply:
- Do not use "IronMaps™" as a generic term for mapping or navigation products.
- Do not combine "IronMaps™" with other product or company names (e.g., "IronMaps™ Widget" or "Acme IronMaps™").
- Any reference to IronMaps™ must clearly indicate it is a product of IronGlove Studio, LLC.
- Do not use the IronMaps™ logo or name in a manner that suggests affiliation, certification, or endorsement by IronGlove Studio, LLC unless expressly permitted.
- Do not use "IronMaps" or confusingly similar names for your own products, services, or domains.
Unauthorized or improper use of IronGlove Studio® and IronMaps™ trademarks directly harms our company's reputation, brand value, and market position. Such unauthorized use:
- Dilutes the distinctive quality of our brand identity
- Creates marketplace confusion about the source and quality of our services
- Damages the trust we've established with our clients and partners
- Undermines the significant investment we've made in building our brand reputation
- May associate our company with substandard products or services we do not endorse
IronGlove Studio, LLC has established our reputation through consistent quality, reliability, and innovation. Unauthorized use threatens this hard-earned reputation and will be vigorously defended.
IronGlove Studio, LLC takes impersonation, phishing attempts, and other fraudulent uses of our trademarks extremely seriously. Such activities not only infringe upon our intellectual property rights but also potentially harm our clients and partners.
- Creating websites, email addresses, or social media accounts that mimic the official presence of IronGlove Studio® or IronMaps™
- Sending communications that falsely appear to be from IronGlove Studio® or IronMaps™
- Soliciting personal information, payments, or access credentials while claiming to represent IronGlove Studio® or IronMaps™
- Using our trademarks in connection with scams, fraud, or other deceptive practices
We actively monitor for impersonation attempts and will pursue all available legal remedies against those who engage in such activities, including but not limited to:
- Criminal referrals to appropriate law enforcement agencies
- Civil litigation for trademark infringement, unfair competition, and fraud
- Domain name seizure through ICANN procedures
- Pursuit of maximum statutory damages
- Injunctive relief and court orders
IronGlove Studio, LLC will exercise the full force of U.S. law to protect our brand, our customers, and the public from fraudulent activities involving our trademarks.
Unauthorized use of trademarks owned by IronGlove Studio, LLC constitutes trademark infringement and may result in:
- Formal cease and desist notifications
- Legal action to protect our intellectual property
- Claims for damages and/or profits related to unauthorized use
- Injunctive relief to prevent continued unauthorized use
- Criminal penalties in cases of willful counterfeiting or fraud
When using our trademarks in digital media, including websites, social media, applications, or other electronic communications:
- The first mention must appear as "IronGlove Studio®"or "IronMaps™"
- The registered trademark symbol must be properly displayed
- Links to our website should direct to our official homepage or an approved landing page
- Our logo must be used in its entirety with the registered trademark symbol visible
For printed materials:
- The first mention must appear as "IronGlove Studio®" or "IronMaps™"
- Our logo must include the registered trademark symbol
- Color specifications must adhere to our official brand guidelines
- Adequate white space must surround our marks
