Trade Groups

Over the past several years, we’ve consulted and collaborated with various organizations, including trade groups representing the construction industry, Chambers of Commerce, and Business Recovery Centers. Our expertise has been instrumental in providing strategic support for maximizing technology’s impact on their bottom line and membership rolls. We’ve helped these organizations, including 501(c)(6) entities, connect to major mainstream CRMs and built out templated pages for dumping dynamic data and custom membership directories for tradespeople and other professionals.

Organizations like Chambers of Commerce and Business Recovery Centers require robust systems for scheduling and managing events but also need solutions that can be easily managed and updated in-house. This type of work aligns perfectly with our genuine commitment to collaboration and ability to deliver results at a cost-effective price point. By working closely with these organizations, we can help them enhance their growth, expand their networks, and access valuable resources and support.

Our technology consulting services can assist in transforming their technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications to better align with their business strategy. Our experience in working with trade groups, Chambers of Commerce, and Business Recovery Centers has allowed us to develop tailored solutions that cater to their unique needs. We can help these organizations thrive and better serve their members and communities by offering strategic support, technology integration, and event management solutions.

Common Trade Group Questions

What is your experience in dealing with trade groups?

We’ve helped numerous entities, either directly (in a project capacity) or indirectly (consulted with them on a course of action), so they can continue to provide key services to their members. Many think these are simply non-profit entities, and while mostly correct, they are specially-designated non-profits that fulfill a narrow purpose for their business members. We’re well versed in navigating the complexity of these groups and also how their budget cycles run.

Is there a primary focus when working with a trade group?

Our biggest focus is on public exposure, service to members, growth in membership, and tailoring that funnel similarly to commercial systems where we want to educate, create a desire that leads to an action, and create opportunity for conversions. In this case, it’s memberships for these groups. Most of the hurdles they must overcome deal with budget limitations and exposure, so we try to leverage technology and data-driven marketing methods to help them get ahead with limited resources.
