IronGlove specializes in serving small clinics, mental health providers, senior centers, and other healthcare organizations lacking robust in-house IT expertise and resources. These practices require customized technology solutions to manage the transition to online systems but often operate on limited budgets without large IT departments to rely on. We understand these unique needs and challenges.
Our services are tailored to the specific workflows and requirements of small clinics and mental health providers. We offer online appointment scheduling, electronic health records, telehealth capabilities, billing and insurance tools, referral systems, community outreach platforms, and ongoing training and support. Our focus is implementing user-friendly, interconnected systems to improve efficiency, coordination, and quality of patient care.
We’re an ideal technology partner for small clinics and mental health providers with expertise in limited-resource environments, customized solutions, and a partnership approach. We provide the ongoing guidance needed to leverage new technologies while fully remaining responsive to evolving needs. Our goal is to empower these practices to deliver the best possible care within the constraints they face. We recognize that no two organizations are alike and tailor the implementation process and long-term support to the individual practice.
We’ve worked on numerous projects, both public and private, relating to hospice care and mental health services. All systems require confidentiality and strict alignment and adherence to PII policies that limit online submissions to “need to know” personnel only. This makes testing time a bit longer, especially post-deployment quality assurance, to acquire feedback from the client on the contact forms and systems we put in place.
To date, we’ve only provided services to non-profits with private funding. They’ve been great to work with, very easy-going, and we work with those clients to come up with a good user flow plan to coordinate with limited staff, at times. Some clients are privately funded while others are funded using state or county grant monies.
No really, every day is a new learning adventure for us. We don’t need to be experts in every healthcare area, that’s why these clients have designated SMEs (subject matter experts, like clinicians and doctors) who provide guidance to us, as needed. We especially enjoy mental health projects due to the contextual and cultural support provided by IronGlove Studio’s founder who has a background in this field.
We can easily gather statistical analytics through Google or Matomo, as well as behavioral platforms such as Mouseflow or Lucky Orange. However, in this cases, we need to ensure that the software is not logging IP addresses (if anything, just partial for geographical data) and that submissions and personal information are obscured during the recordings. We are very critical of this facet with this type of work and will be exceptionally diligent with the client on what their own policies are to align better with them.
Whether you’re looking for end-to-end development or need a trusted partner to take things across the finish line, we’re here to help.
