Before joining IronGlove Studio®, Zoe spent six years managing client engagements at a Pacific Northwest digital solutions firm, handling everything from discovery through delivery. She also completed a Software Engineering Fellowship at General Assembly, which gave her a working understanding of how custom applications are built and why technical decisions matter to your bottom line. When she's talking to you about your project, she's not reading from a script. She understands the concepts well enough to have a real conversation about your needs and translate them for our development team.
Zoe researches target industries, identifies organizations that could benefit from custom development partnerships, and conducts the initial discovery conversations that shape every project. She works directly with Derek on technical discussions and coordinates with Jose to ensure a smooth handoff once your project is underway.
